Rarely do we decide to buy a house with extensive damage to it with the intention to flip it. Sometimes though you can really pick up a good deal from a wholesaler. That is exactly what happened with our next house in our Flipping House Series: The Fire House.

As you might have guessed, The Fire House had some extensive fire damage. A Wholesaler had purchased the house and had gutted it and started to frame it but then decided to sell it. Buying a fire damaged house can be tricky as you have to make sure in your initial inspection that there was not any structural damage done that is irreparable. A whole home inspection will help you determine if the extent of the damage is worth the effort.

Here are several before shots of the inside of the house. Everything will have to be finished out: the floors, walls. bathroom, bedrooms, kitchen, you name it.

Here are some outside shots of the back of the house needing repair, the deck and an old shed that will have to be torn down.
