Flipping House Series: The “Tree” House

Our next property in our Flipping House Series is The “Tree” House.

While most people enjoy good shade trees in their yard, overgrown trees can present a real problem.  Debris can clog gutters and limbs can damage roofs. With that being said here is a list of items we first reported on our Repair Estimate Sheet for just the outside of the house.

The Kitchen

remodeling kitchenThe Kitchen is very dated most notably with its white and black checkered floor.  The whole kitchen will have to be remodeled– not even the cabinets can be salvaged.  From the picture, you can see the window someone already started helping us remove old windows.  That’s nice.  Here’s what we are looking at in the kitchen.
