Flipping House Series: The “Tree” House
Our next property in our Flipping House Series is The “Tree” House.
While most people enjoy good shade trees in their yard, overgrown trees can present a real problem. Debris can clog gutters and limbs can damage roofs. With that being said here is a list of items we first reported on our Repair Estimate Sheet for just the outside of the house.
The Outside
- Replace Gutters
- Cut down Holly Tree
- Trim Oak Tree
- Remove 3 dead trees in back yard
- Paint Front Door
- Plant grass seed
- Update landscaping
- Replace all windows
The Kitchen

- New Cabinets
- Counter
- Sink
- Faucet
- Flooring
- Lighting
- All new appliances
The Bathrooms
In this tri-level house there is a bath on the upper level and the lower level. Here’s what we are going to replace in the upper
- Vanity
- Sink
- Faucet
- Lighting
- Repaint whole bathroom
The lower level bath was in some disarray. We will need to finish the drywall, paint and replace the vanity and flooring.
Be sure to check back to see how The “Tree” House turns out. You won’t believe what trimming a few trees and new landscaping will do for the front of a house!
