The Retribution House

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned deceived.

The former occupant of this home was a tenant who was trying to buy the house under some form of owner-financing.  Unfortunately, the owner had some major financial and ethical deficiencies.  Despite accepting the tenant’s down payment and several months of rent, he neglected to forward any of the tennant’s money to the bank.

Apparently, learning about the foreclosure shortly before she was kicked out of the house was a little irritating to the woman.  Her frustration led her to seek retaliation against the owner by doing damage to the home.  Only the bank really lost, but she was incredibly thorough and efficient.

Efficient Destruction

It’s actually amazing what you can do for a few dollars these days.  Throw some tennis balls in all the gutters, break the  float valves in all the toilets, pour cherry Kool-Aid on all the carpets, spray paint the ceilings with black spray paint, rip the closet shelves out, remove and discard all of the handles from the bathroom faucets and you have created several thousand dollars in repairs. All this  for less than $20 and 2 hours of your time.

And if you REALLY wanted to cause  additional damage (and she did), you could scrap the furnace and AC, take a sledge hammer to the kitchen cabinets, remove the light fixtures and knock holes in every door. See the pictures below for yourself.
