The house got its name from all the kid stuff and presumably damage done by children. There was crayon scribbles on the wall, wall paper ripped off the walls, laundry baskets of kids’ clothes, kids’ toys and books…you get the point. We normally deal with stuff being left behind but one would think that a family moving out, whether by choice or evicted would need their children’s items. So we had a lot of items to clear out as you can see from the pictures below.

The bathroom was pretty hard hit as well.

And the back stoop is in dangerous disarray.
