We had acquired this little jewel from none other than an estate sale and it looked as if it had been a while since this one had been taken care of. It was very dated and we have given it some much needed TLC. Here are some of the before shots of The Estate House.

New Landscaping in Front of House

The front of the house is coming along nicely. Cleaning up the yard and planting new bushes is really making the front of the house stand out.

Changing the bathrooms to neutral color will make the house more appealing to potential clients. Here you can see what we are doing to one of the baths.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

remodeling kitchensWe decided to redo the whole kitchen. As you can see we are about to hang the new cabinets. Updating the kitchen with modern cabinets and appliances was a must in this home as they were very outdated.
